Bangladesh national football team beat their Nepalese counterparts as they faced off in only FIFA friendly at the Bangabandhu Stadium in Dhaka.
The home side won the match 1-0 on Thursday as part of preparations for the SAFF Championship.
Shakawat Hossian Rony struck the only goal for Bangladesh in the 18th minute to beat the visitors, who arrived in Dhaka on Tuesday.
India will host the SAFF Championship from December 23 to January 3.
Bangladesh, Maldives and Afghanistan are in Group B while Nepali team, captained by Anil Gurung is in Group A along with host India and Sri Lanka.
